  • Qoolpod was designed with our customer in mind. Setup is very simple. Follow the instruction manual provided, fill the unit, plug it in, and set your desired temperature.

Will the Qoolpod fit in my home?

  • Qoolpod was designed to fit through a residental 32" wide door.

Return Policy

  • If your are not satisfied with your Qoolpod, you will have 15 days from the date of delivery to get refunded. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. Return Policy

How does the water stay clean?

  • Our unit offers 24/7 filtration enhanced with ozone that will keep your water crystal clean session after session.

Can the Qoolpod be controlled remotely?

  • Yes, once the unit is connected to WiFi, the temperature settings can be monitored and adjusted from anywhere!

Will I fit in the Qoolpod?

The Qoolpod ergonomic seat was designed with all sizes in mind. The water level can be adjusted to fit all sizes up to 6'10"+
